Signature Cocktails

Akebono

Those who love the islands will love this tropical number. Pineapple juice mixed with aromatic vanilla and banana liqueurs, sweetened with a house infused herb syrup and finished with fresh lemon juice. Oh what a life!

Geisha

A subtle lemon shochu love story. Who doesn’t love a classic east meets west storyline? This 1920s classic tweaked to a Nihon-edge highlights fleeting femininity with every sip.

Jammi-San

Move over grandma, we’ve got a new sweet favourite! Burnt nutmeg over a frothy goodness of sake and chunky raspberry jam, this cocktail tastes just like a baked tart.

Kyurri Nushi

An invigorating compilation of sake, cucumber, dolin Blanc vermouth and apple. A refreshing, cool, crisp drink served straight up.

Lychee Long Time

A long time favourite, a seductive mix of Hakatsuru sake, fresh lychees, cloudy apple and a hint of rose liqueur.

Mr. Miyagi

Whiskey perfectly complimented with raspberry puree, mixed with Kokuto plum wine and lengthened with tart cranberry. Our Mr. Miyagi is one for the gentleman.

Queen Himiko

So much passion in the Queen. Fresh passionfruit with accents of green apple and blooming with the taste of orange blossoms. This cocktail can transform any individual into royalty.

The Fallen Blossom

Our house pride and joy. A delicately made sake concoction with fresh fruit infusions guaranteed to make your heart flutter with love. Rounded off with Pedro Ximenez, this grape cocktail is the best introduction to the sake newbies.

A Bitter/Sweet Ending

For the most complex of souls. Bitter Campari is rounded off with a sweet herb liqueur and a zangy twist of orange and sherry. A journey of flavours that brings a unique taste with every sip from start to end.

Abshinjuku

Much like life in Tokyo, this absinthe drink is not for the faint hearted. A cherry based cocktail that is surprisingly easy to drink but teases with the danger of the mythical fairy. Like traffic in Shinjuku, approach with caution.

Kawaii

The Japanese word for cute, there’s nothing more ‘Kawaii’ than the adorable flavours of vanilla, strawberry and coconut. If Hello Kitty had a mouth, this would be her favourite drink.

Kraken’s Bounty

Tell your captain the search for gold is over! Kraken black rum is unleashed in a sea of chocolate goodness; every gulp is a nod to the siren’s song of temptation. As the drink ends, you will find that ‘X’ marks the spot and a treasure will be found.

See You In Yomi

Vodka lengthened with jasmine green tea and cranberry juice. ‘Yomi’ the Japanese word for hell will sizzle your taste buds and bring you a hell of a good time.

The Horned Shogun

A title bestowed to the highest ranking commander in the Japanese military. A mix of Jameson, cherry and a hint of almond are floated on top of ginger beer. A strong cocktail with a pleasant finish.

The Smoke Cloud

A delight for all senses, stand back and watch as your cocktail is prepared. Avion Silver rounds off with sweet Antica smoke-infused right before your very eyes, the initial sip will pull you to your knees. Stirred down to finish.

Welcome Ambassador

A tweak to the classic Japanese cocktail made for the first delegate of the Japanese consult of America. This cognac cocktail is perfectly balanced, suitable for anyone who wants to have a fleeting moment of political royalty.

Zatoichi

Translates to ‘The Blind Swordsman’, this whiskey sour uses Japanese Nikka with a slashing rinse of absinthe. Disclaimer: No knives allowed while drinking this cocktail.
